1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
• FBRConnect is developed and owned by Consus Solutions.
• All software code, workflows, and system designs remain the intellectual property of Consus Solutions.
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FBRConnect under an active subscription.
• Reverse-engineering, reselling, or redistributing is strictly prohibited.
2. Service Model & Subscription
• Delivered as a cloud-based SaaS solution with a one-time setup and monthly/annual subscription.
• Subscription covers platform access, support, and updates.
• Extra customizations or reporting beyond agreed scope are charged separately.
• Fees may be revised annually (up to 15%).
3. Client Responsibilities
• Maintain own hardware, internet, and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure regular data backups.
• Consus Solutions is not liable for errors from incorrect entries, deletions, or negligence.
• Assign a dedicated contact person for support and coordination.
4. Data Usage & Privacy
• We only process data for e-invoicing and compliance.
• Data is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties.
• Secure transmission to FBR’s e-invoicing portal may occur as per client needs.
• While we adopt industry best practices, final responsibility for data safety rests with the client.
5. Disclaimer & Independence from FBR
• FBRConnect is not an official product of FBR.
• Consus Solutions is an independent software provider.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Federal Board of Revenue.
• Accuracy of invoicing and compliance remain the client’s responsibility.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
• No-refund policy applies.
• Within the first 3 months, Consus Solutions may assist in redeployment or adjust prepaid subscription toward a new
deployment.
7. Confidentiality
• All documents, proposals, and implementations are confidential.
• Clients must not share them with third parties without consent.
8. Acceptance & Governing Law
• By using FBRConnect, clients agree to these terms.
• Written acceptance (email/letter) may be required post-deployment.
• Governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes fall under Pakistani court jurisdiction.
